9334 bismaleimide glass cloth laminate were prepared on the basis of resin. The curing behavior of the resin was investigated by DSC, DTA and gel time, the rapid thermal aging behavior of the resin was investigated by TGA, and the performance of the glass cloth laminate was tested. The results show that the viscosity of the resin changes slowly during the curing process, the pressing process range is wide, it is easy to operate, and the apparent activation energy of the curing process is calculated by using the gel time to calculate that the apparent activation energy of the curing process is 40.91kJ/mol. The glass cloth laminate based on this resin has excellent mechanical and electrical properties, especially at 200 °C, it can retain a high mechanical strength, and its bending strength and tensile strength can maintain more than 78% of the normal strength. At the same time, the 9334 double maleimide glass cloth laminate still maintains good electrical properties at high temperatures, and is expected to be applied as a class C electrical insulation material.
