Luxembourg-based Flint Group has announced the launch of new offset UV ink series suitable for folding carton and commercial printing applications.

According to the company, the new Arrowstar Plus UV 8000 inks have been designed for presses with high-speed.

Flint Group sheetfed product manager Tyler Newsom said the fast-curing inks are a better choice for print jobs that involve direct finishing and backside printing for non-food applications.

"Their performance and quality are unwavering, even on the most challenging, high-speed presses in the market," Newsom said.

In order to push the limits of cure speed and functionality, Arrowstar Plus UV 8000 inks use the advanced raw material technology.
