According to the Turkish Steel Pipe Manufacturers Association (CEBID), the country’s exports of steel pipes totaled 144,538 tons in November, decreasing by 28.68% year on year and falling by 7.57% from a month ago.

The export revenues generated by steel pipes totaled US$125.93 million in November, falling by 30.23% year on year and down by 3.51% month on month.

In November, Iraq was the largest importer of steel pipes with 39,925 tons, decreasing by 15.1%; the US was the second largest one with 22,307 tons, rising by 23.6% and Georgia was the third largest one with 11,313 tons, soaring by 4 times, all compared to the figures in the same month of 2012.

In the January-November period, Turkey’s exports of steel pipes amounted to 1.69 million tons, down by 0.9% year on year.

The country’s export revenues of steel pipes totaled US$1.51 billion in the given period of time, decreasing by 5.35% year on year.
